Non-Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive

The Non-Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive makes it worth investing in a greener heating system.

The Non-Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive is aimed at businesses and non-domestic properties and those wishing to heat multiple properties from a single heating system (District Heating). It will pay you for the heat you use over 20 years and will reduce your businesses carbon footprint.

Non-Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive can provide substantial financial benefits and unlike the Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive, you are paid for the renewable heat you actually generate; your system will need to be metered.

The Non-Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive scheme is designed to encourage businesses which may use large amounts of heat in a manufacturing process, or require heating in a number of buildings or properties that they own, to switch to a renewable technology.

Cedar Renewables offers a full turnkey package from design, through to installation and application on your behalf onto the Non-Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive scheme.

The tariff is paid on a quarterly basis and lasts for 20 years, financial returns of over 30% on investment are not uncommon when accounting for RHI payments and fuel cost savings.
